Mat McFarlane also known as Matty will be leading our U14 Girls side. How long have you been involved with CSFC for?
I’ve been with the CS footy club for 2 years in coaching roles with my daughter Ava’s junior girl teams. Coaching and/or previous Football experience?

1. Getting a good pre-season into the players

My favourite players were the hard-hitting defenders Damien Hardwick and Dean Solomon. What do you love the most about coaching?
Seeing how the team works together to execute a game plan. How do you motivate your team before a game?
The sprint countdown is great way to fire up the team before bringing them together for a 3-2-1 Go Lakers. What is your go to message when a game is on the line? Or do you have a saying that you always tend to say and are known for?
It only takes 1 second to get back in the game mentally. Footy isn’t just a physical game. Who is your pick to win the 2020 AFL Grand Final?
In my heart I would love to see the Bombers or the Doggies at the big dance.
My head says GWS will be there after such a painful finish in 2019.
