Today we meet Anthony Brizzi also known as Brizzi.Brizzi will be coaching our U14B side.
How long have you been involved with CSFC for? 2020 will be my 7th season.
Coaching experience? Coaching U11’s through to U16’s.
Goals you hope to achieve for your team in 2020? That all kids love to play footy, have fun and hopefully get some wins along the way.
Favourite AFL team? Western Bulldogs
Favourite AFL player? Stephen Macpherson
What do you love the most about coaching? Watching the kids develop and have fun playing footy.
How do you motivate your team before a game? Play some music, talk to the kids about believing in themselves and each other.
What is your go to message when the game is on the line or do you have a saying that you always tend to say? Don’t wait for someone else to get in there!

How long have you been involved with CSFC for? 2 years as a coach, plus 4 years of Auskick before that.
Coaching and/or previous Football experience? Played junior football at Albanvale and coached juniors at Albanvale.
Goals you hope to achieve for your team in 2020? The team to improve their skills.Have fun. Develop friendships around the club.

The smile on the player’s face when they do something that they have never done before in a game. Seeing the improvement in the players. How do you motivate your team before a game? How do you get them fired up? Pre game ritual?
Clear instructions. Lots of encouragement.
Pre-Game Ritual: Talk to each player, when I first see them or as they enter the rooms. What is your go to message when a game is on the line? Or do you have a saying that you always tend to say and are known for?
Take the opposition on. Don’t be afraid to make mistake. Trust your team mates.
